These terms govern your use of Marang (the "Service"), a browser and mobile game operated by the business listed below. The game is free to play; optional paid digital items are offered.
Paid products are digital in-game items only (cosmetic items such as auras, skins, backgrounds and trails, a premium season pass track, an XP booster, item bundles, and a monthly membership). All content is original work created by the developer. Purchases are licenses to use the content within the Service on your account; they are not transferable and have no cash value. Items are delivered automatically to your signed-in game account immediately after payment confirmation.
Payments are processed by the following providers depending on platform and region: Google Play (Android app), PortOne/KakaoPay (web, South Korea), and Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record (web, international). For purchases made through Lemon Squeezy, billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their terms.
Refund policy for international web purchases: if a purchased item has not been delivered to your account due to a technical fault, we will redeliver it or issue a full refund. As purchases are digital goods delivered instantly, refunds for delivered items are otherwise granted within 14 days of purchase upon request, provided consumable items have not been used. The monthly membership can be cancelled at any time and remains active until the end of the paid period. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Drop rates for randomized cosmetic items (gacha) are published in-game at all times under [Gacha → Odds]. Gacha uses earnable in-game currency; cosmetic tickets obtained from paid products can also be used.
Guest progress is stored on your device and may be lost if the device or its data is removed. Signing in with Google syncs progress to your account. You may request account and data deletion at any time via our data deletion page.
You may not manipulate currencies, records, or probabilities through abnormal means, disrupt the operation of the Service, or infringe other players' enjoyment (e.g., leaderboard manipulation). Violations may result in restriction of features such as rankings.
